Our Appointment Types

Same Day and Urgent Appointments (within the day)

These appointments are for issues which cannot wait, or a delay may lead to more problems like acute infections.

  • Telephone the surgery
  • Between 8am and 10am call or walk into the surgery
  • Walk in 8am and 10am

Routine Appointments (up to 2 weeks in advance)

These are for issues that can wait and are non-urgent. To book you can:

Emergency Appointments

These are usually life threatening and not suited for management by the GP practice.

  • A&E
  • 111
  • Ambulance services

Home Visit Appointments

These are for patients who are housebound or terminally ill.

  • Telephone in the morning
  • Walk in (by carers)

Need an appointment after work hours?

Try calling our out of hours GP team on the number 0208 519 3999 the phone lines are open from 9am to 9pm weekdays and 9am to 9pm on Saturdays. You can also request this by submitting a Klink form and requesting to be booked out of hours.


What to Expect After Booking Your Appointment

  • Your request will be assessed by the Triage team supervised by the on-call doctor.
  • You will then be offered an appointment by our triage team.

As a surgery we do not tolerate any kind of abuse any patient that does physical or verbally abuse any staff member and or patient at the surgery we will be removed from the surgery list.
