Surgery Premises
As you are aware, we have upgraded the entire facility to a high standard at a significant cost. Our goal is to maintain this level of excellence in all aspects of our operations, and we would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to practice the following when using our facilities:
- The surgery premises is a private facility rented out to the NHS
- We ask all individuals to treat our facilities respectfully
- CCTV is in operation, and any patient misusing the premises may be prosecuted or asked to register with a different surgery.
- The waiting area is a shared public area. Please respect the rights and dignity of other patients.
- Please supervise your children. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
- Vandalism and damage of any equipment or property, including writing or stomping on walls, is not permitted. Please help us keep the entire premises clean and litter-free.
- Please keep the toilets clean and report any issues to the reception or surgery staff immediately.
- Buggies are not permitted inside the premises. For those with buggies, please use the designated buggy park, due to issues of accessibility, health and safety, fire risk and the welfare of vulnerable patients, and to keep the surgery as clean as possible for all patients.
- We thank you for your understanding of this.
- A bicycle park is available. Please do not secure bicycles to the buggy or ramp railings.
- There is a more secure bicycle park at the junction of Penrhyn Avenue and Ardleigh Road about 30 meters away from the Surgery premises
If you notice anyone misusing our premises, please inform us immediately.
