Oral Contraception Request
If you are currently using an oral contraception medicine ("the pill") and need a new prescription please complete a Contraceptive Repeat Prescription Request.
We must have a recent blood pressure reading before issuing the prescription. If you cannot check your blood pressure elsewhere please come into the surgery to use the machine in reception.
If you are wanting to start on the contraceptive pill for the first time please complete an Klinik detailing your request.
If you come into the surgery you must wear a mask. Do not come in to the surgery if you have a fever, cough, loss of sense of smell/taste.
The surgery has additional precautions in place during the current COVID-19 restrictions.
